Overview

These terms govern your use of velvetworkflow.com and any services purchased from Velvet Workflow. By using our website or purchasing our services you agree to these terms.

Our services

Velvet Workflow provides done-for-you operations and automation services including workflow automation builds, client onboarding systems, operations dashboards, and full operations overhauls. The scope of each project is agreed upon in writing via a PandaDoc proposal before any work begins.

Payments

All projects require a 50% deposit before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery. Payment is collected via PandaDoc. Work does not begin until the deposit is received. The final deliverable is not released until full payment is received.

All prices are listed in USD. Prices are subject to change. The price agreed upon in your signed proposal is the price you pay regardless of any subsequent changes.

Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. If Velvet Workflow is unable to complete a project for any reason a prorated refund will be issued based on work completed. Refund requests after project delivery are handled on a case by case basis.

Revisions

Every project includes one round of revisions. A revision is defined as adjustments to the agreed scope of work. Revisions are not new features or additions to the original scope. Additional revision rounds or scope changes are billed separately at an agreed hourly rate.

Your responsibilities

To deliver your project on time we need a few things from you. You agree to provide timely access to any tools, platforms, or accounts required for the build. You agree to respond to questions and feedback requests within 3 business days. Delays caused by late responses may affect the delivery timeline. You are responsible for maintaining the systems we build after delivery.

Intellectual property

Upon receipt of full payment you own all deliverables created by Velvet Workflow for your project. Velvet Workflow retains the right to reference the project in portfolios and case studies in an anonymized format unless you request otherwise in writing.

Confidentiality

Velvet Workflow treats all client information as confidential. We will not share your business information, processes, or data with any third party without your explicit consent. We ask the same of you regarding any proprietary methods or templates shared during our engagement.

Limitation of liability

Velvet Workflow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.

No guarantee of results

We build systems to the best of our ability based on your specific business needs. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or productivity improvements as a result of our work. Results vary based on how the systems are used and maintained.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice. If you terminate mid-project the deposit is forfeited. If Velvet Workflow terminates a project you will receive a prorated refund for work not yet completed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
